A seasoned business manager with an impressive track record of leadership and growth, is excited to announce his candidacy for the upcoming Greater Shepparton Council Elections. With decades of experience in high-level management roles across various industries, Ian is eager to bring his expertise and dedication to serve the Pine Lodge Ward and the broader Shepparton community.
Ian’s professional journey spans nearly 30 years in the LP Gas industry, where he rose to the position of Regional Manager for South Australia and the Northern Territory. His career is marked by a series of progressively senior roles in regional, state, and branch management, covering operations, administration, and sales. Ian's comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, combined with his leadership skills, positions him as a highly qualified candidate for the council.
Ian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) obtained in 2008. His extensive experience in negotiating contracts and tenders at both state and local government levels, including engagements with the Queensland State Government, South Australian State Government, Campaspe Shire Council, and Greater Shepparton City Council, demonstrates his capability to effectively represent and advocate for the community.
